Scott Fullarton Fellow – Australian Property Institute Licensed Real Estate Agent Certified Practising Valuer Associate Diploma in Valuation Advanced Certificate in Real Estate Member of the Australian Property Institute examination panel Scott Fullarton has been involved in the commercial/industrial property industry for over 34 years since beginning his career as an Assistant Property Manager with a city based firm. Scott established a Property Consultancy firm over ten (10) years ago, with the real estate arm being known as Fullarton Property Consultants (FPC). FPC’s management portfolio grew appreciably and involved the addition of select key senior personnel to meet its clients’ requirements. Continuing his commitment to the growth and development of the management arm, Scott established CPM in 1997 to solely focus on this service.

Claire Whitfield  Bachelor of Business (Land Economics), University of Western Sydney, Hawkesbury Associate - Australian Property Institute Claire has over 20 years experience in the property industry, managing major commercial and industrial portfolios for Corporate Real Estate institutions and Private Investors, including Australia Post and National Australia Bank. Claire is based in Brisbane, QLD and will be on hand to liaise with tenants, as required. Specialisations include: Asset Management Corporate Real Estate Repositioning major commercial property including leasing campaigns, refurbishments, acquisitions and disposals Asset value maximisation and commercial risk management minimisation Tenant retention Mark Garner Mark is a dual Olympian having competed in both the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games and the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games in Athletics - Track and Field (200m and 400m). He brings the attributes of being an elite athlete to CPM. Mark has spent 18 years managing and administering major commercial and industrial property portfolio for Corporate Real Estate institutions.
